SELECTING ITEMS
To find the items you want, simply browse our website. You can even create a Wish List and add your favorite items to it. Of course, you can also visit a Rent-A-Center store near you. (To find a store near you, just enter your ZIP code in the Store Finder at the top of the page.)
PLACING AN ORDER
Once you've found the items you want, you can:

• Call (800) 665-5510 to be routed to a store near you.
• Call a store near you directly (use the Store Finder at the top of the page).
Start an order online. (A longer form that saves you time at the store. Any items in your Wish List will be forwarded, and a store employee will contact you.)
Have a store call you. (A shorter form that saves you time now. Any items in your Wish List will be forwarded, and a store employee will contact you.)
FINALIZING THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
You'll go in to the store to finalize your rental agreement and arrange delivery. You'll need to bring information that we can verify about your residence, source of income, and three personal references.

DELIVERY
• Your item will be professionally delivered and set up at no extra charge.
• Typical delivery windows are 1-3 p.m., 3-5 p.m., and 5-7 p.m., but we will work around your schedule!
Same-day delivery is available in most cases.
TERMS AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
• You can choose to pay weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.
• If you decide to purchase your item within 90 days, 100% of the rent that you have paid is applied to the cash price.
• At any time, you can take advantage of our Early Payout Option and save money. Contact your store for your individual savings.
• If you are unable to make a payment or need to make a late payment, call your store manager to discuss options ahead of time. You can take advantage of our Payment Protection plan and return the item; then, when you are ready,  you can re-rent the same or comparable item and pick up your payments where you left off. Or, if you have an established payment history, the manager may be able to work out other payment arrangements.
• You aren't locked in—you can return an item at any time. And your payments are protected—you can re-rent the same or a comparable item later and pick up where you left off on your payments.
MAKING PAYMENTS
• You can make payments online, by phone, or at your Rent-A-Center store.
• To make payments online, you need to provide the same e-mail address to each Rent-A-Center store that you do business with and use that same E-mail address when setting up your account for online payment.
SWITCHING ITEMS
At any time, you can upgrade an item to something bigger or with more features and benefits. (Your payments will change accordingly.) Contact your Rent-A-Center store for details.
REPAIRS
If an item requires service during the lease term, we'll repair it quickly and at no additional cost. In fact, if a repair cannot be performed right away, we'll give you a loaner while you wait.

In AR, the advertised transaction is a rental-purchase transaction. In VT, the advertised transaction is a consumer lease agreement and minimum 18-week rental period applies. Product availability may vary by store. Super Value product pricing applies to new and pre-leased items as marked in the store. You will not own the merchandise until the total amount necessary to acquire ownership is paid in full or you exercise your early purchase option. Ownership is optional.
