How do I make payments? Can I make payments online?
Yes! You can make payments online using ePay, over the phone, or in person at any Rent-A-Center store. In order to use ePay, you'll need to (1) create an online account with us, using the same E-mail address that you gave to the store, and then (2) go into your account and set up your rental agreement for online payments.
What if I want to upgrade?
If you ever feel like upgrading your item to something bigger or with more features and benefits, you can! See your Rent-A-Center store for details.
What if I want to pay off an item early?
No problem! At any point in your rental agreement, you can take advantage of our Early Payout Option
and save money. See your store for your individual savings.
What if I have to make a late payment?
Need a little help? No worries. Unforeseen things happen, and Rent-A-Center understands. If you ever need to make a late payment, simply contact the manager of your Rent-A-Center store—weʼre happy to work with you!
What if I need to return an item or I can no longer make my payments?
If you need to return an item for any reason, it's no problem! Re-rent the same or comparable item and pick up your payments right where you left off. Every payment you make at Rent-A-Center is fully protected, just the way it should be.
What if my item breaks?
If an item breaks because of any kind of manufacturing defect, we'll repair it quickly and at no additional cost. If offsite repairs are needed, we'll even give you a loaner while you wait.
