How do I find out about specifications and/or prices on the product(s) I'm interested in renting?

Call your local Rent-A-Center contact with questions on product specifications, pricing and availability in your area. To find the locations nearest you, go to the Store Locator and enter your zip code. To have a store contact you directly, you can click here and fill out the request form. The product specifications can be found on the Web site in the Products section.

Can I make a payment online?

Rent-A-Center customers are not able to make online payments at this time. However, we are currently exploring the best way in which to provide our customers with this convenient option. We currently offer our customers two convenient ways to pay: in-store or by phone. Just call your local store to sign up or find out more.

I signed up to receive email from RAC, but I haven't received any lately or I accidentally deleted a recent email. What should I do?
