How do I get started?
Simply complete our On-Line Rental Application and provide any necessary identifying documents. In most cases, RAC Room Solutions can deliver and set up your furniture in as little as 24-48 hours, pending processing and approval of your application.

How much do you charge to furnish a one-bedroom apartment?
The monthly rate depends upon the length of lease and the Furniture Collection you choose. Select the items you would like to rent, complete our online rental application, and submit your request. A RAC Room Solutions Account Coordinator will be in contact with you to complete the rental process and provide you with a customized estimate.

Do you offer short-term rentals?
Yes. RAC Room Solutions offers both Event Rentals and Home Staging rentals on a short-term basis.

How much will I have to pay to get my lease started?
Your initial rental fee will include pro-rated and first month's full rent and transportation fee. Payments will be due monthly thereafter on or before the first of each month. All charges are due and payable in advance.

What is a transportation fee?
This nominal one-time fee covers the cost of delivering, setting-up and picking-up your leased furniture.

Can RAC Room Solutions™ deliver my furniture before I arrive?
Yes. If you give us authorization to enter your home, we can have your furniture set up before you arrive. Click here to download our Permission to Enter Form.

Will I be invoiced for my monthly rental fees?
RAC Room Solutions™ prefers a paperless system, which makes it easy to pay for your monthly furniture rental with our automatic credit card payment plan. Your credit card will automatically be processed for your initial and monthly payments. This eliminates unnecessary paperwork by mailing statements, etc. Your information is secure and your privacy guaranteed.

Do you rent housewares?
Yes. RAC Room Solutions™ offers packages complete with items for the kitchen, bedroom and bath. The monthly rental rate depends on the options you select. Click here to review our houseware packages and pricing.

Can I rent more or less furniture than what is included in the package?
Yes. You can select an entire collection or choose individual items, such as appliances and electronics.

What if I need to change my order after I sign the contract?
You can change your order up to 48 hours before delivery. Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a nominal processing fee.

What if I need to break my lease?
When you rent, you are signing a contract that commits you for the length of your lease. Should you need to end your lease early, we can arrange for pick-up of your merchandise, however your financial obligation must be fulfilled.

When my lease expires, do you automatically pick up my furniture?
No. RAC Room Solutions understands that circumstances change. Our contracts continue month-to-month until you give notice and schedule your pickup. When you are ready for your lease to be picked up, simply fill out the form on the Contact Us page and choose "Scheduling a Pick-Up or Your Lease" as the Request Type, or call your Account Coordinator a minimum of 5 working days prior to requested pick-up date.

Will I receive the exact furniture that is pictured on the Website?
The images on our website are indicative of the overall quality and condition of the items that will be delivered. While we can not guarantee the exact items will be delivered, we do guarantee that the items you receive will be in excellent condition, free from defects, and coordinated throughout the unit.

Is the furniture RAC Room Solutions™ delivers BRAND NEW?
RAC Room Solutions cannot guarantee you will receive brand new furniture. We do guarantee that the items you receive will be in excellent condition and free from defects.

What if I am not in the Dallas – Fort Worth Area?
RAC Room Solutions services a 150 mile radius around the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex area. Do you have furnishing needs but live outside of this area? Don't worry, if you are an individual there are over 3,500 Rent-A-Center stores full of responsive staff ready to serve you. If you are with a corporation, Rent-A-Center Corporate Leasing has service representatives standing by to take care of your needs, so you can focus on business.
